Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ludott platform operated by Ludott L.L.C-FZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, transmitting harmful content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The Ludott platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Ludott L.L.C-FZ. Your data remains yours. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Ludott offers usage-based subscription plans for organizations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are calculated based on your organization's active member and administrator count at the time of billing.
  • Billing occurs automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle, as selected by the organization administrator.
  • A free tier is available for organizations within the published member and administrator limits. No payment is required for the free tier.
  • All prices are displayed in your selected currency (AED, USD, or EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Yearly subscriptions include a discount as displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Network International (N-Genius), a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. By saving a payment method:

  • You authorize Ludott to charge your saved payment method for recurring subscription fees.
  • Your card details are entered directly on Network International's secure hosted payment page. Ludott does not store your full card details.
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period of 7 days to resolve the issue. After the grace period, access may be restricted until payment is received.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points include:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
  • Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges will be fully refunded upon verification.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or fail to pay outstanding fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases at the end of your paid billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludott L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
