Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription services provided by Ludott L.L.C-FZ (“Ludott”, “we”, “our”) through the Ludott platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Ludott offers usage-based subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. Pricing is determined by the number of active members and administrators in your organization. A free tier is available for organizations within the specified member and admin limits.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@ludott.com or through your organization's billing settings in the platform.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
  • Upon cancellation, your organization's data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions: Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period.
  • Yearly subscriptions: If you cancel a yearly subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you are charged in error or receive a duplicate charge, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the incorrect amount.
  • Service issues: If the platform experiences significant downtime or service failure attributable to Ludott, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit or partial refund proportionate to the disruption.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your organization name, the billing period in question, and a description of the reason for the refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Free Tier

Organizations using Ludott within the free tier limits are not charged and therefore are not subject to this refund policy. If your organization exceeds the free tier limits, billing will begin according to your selected plan and currency.

7. Grace Period

If a payment fails, a grace period of 7 days is provided during which the platform remains fully accessible. After the grace period, if payment is not resolved, access may be restricted until the outstanding balance is settled.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
