2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, organization details, and usage data. We also collect device and browser information automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

We use essential cookies for platform functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

5. Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Network International (“N-Genius”), a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.

  • Card information is entered directly on Network International's secure hosted payment page.
  • We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method, encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption, to process recurring subscription charges.
  • We may retain the last four digits of your card number, card brand, and expiry date for display purposes in your billing dashboard.
  • Billing-related data such as invoice amounts, billing periods, and payment status are stored on our platform to provide you with billing history and receipts.

6. Third-Party Services

We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, under strict confidentiality agreements. These include:

  • Network International (N-Genius) — Payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting, file storage, and email delivery
  • Google Firebase — Push notifications

We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function, and all providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal information. Payment tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All data in transit is protected by TLS/SSL encryption.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Billing records and invoices are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights
